Stonecot Neighbourhood Street Briefing - Metropolitan Police

The Metropolitan Police are inviting residents across the Stonecot community to take part in a series of Neighbourhood Street Briefings.

These informal local briefings will bring together three neighbouring roads at a time, giving residents the opportunity to meet their local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) officer, discuss concerns and learn more about crime and safety in their area.

What will be discussed?

Local crime updates – including recent motor vehicle thefts, burglaries and other crimes affecting the local roads.

Safety advice and crime prevention tips – practical advice to help protect your home, vehicle and belongings.

Local concerns – an opportunity for residents to raise issues affecting their road and surrounding area.

Questions & answers – speak directly with your local Met Police officer and ask any questions you may have.

Meet your local SNT officer – get to know the officers working in your neighbourhood.

Example of a Street Briefing:

Each briefing will cover three local roads, for example:

Willow Walk • Whittaker Road • Gander Green Lane

Residents from these roads will be invited to attend a briefing together.
